By submitting the inquiry, you agree that INBA collects the personal data received by the inquiry. The personal that we collect include Name, last name, e-mail and telephone number.

We collect your personal data to prepare better offers and to advise you when buying real-estate.

INTENDED PUPROSE

The collect personal data are used in accordance with the intended purpose for which it was sent to us. The received personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

LEGAL BASIS

Legal base for collecting the data is you consent or a conclusion of an agreement.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The data will be used solely for the purpose it was received for.

DATA STORAGE

We keep the collected data until the cancellation of the consent. You can cancel your consent at any time. Cancelling the consent does not affect the manner in which the data were processed prior to the cancelation.

All other personal data is kept in accordance with the current regulation.

DATA TRANSMISSION

Personal data will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third parties and will not be publically revealed. The data is disclosed solely to our contracting parties, which are bound by the new general data protection regulation. Your data will not be sent to any third country or organization.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance the General data protection regulation, you have the right to access your data, the right to correct or update your data, to limit the processing of your data, the right to delete your data and the right to transfer your data.

Any right granted by the General Data Protection regulation can be exercised in written form. When doing so, please state your name, family name and e-mail.
